So today was my birthday and lucky me I got hit with Mastitis. I still tried to have some fun so here I am blowing out my candles. At least I got to go shopping before I got sick.

5 Years Already?
Ross and I did it!! If we were a business we would be considered successful. We celebrated our 5 year Anniversary today. It was a nice treat, Bylle and Trent came and watched the little ones so we could go out. It was so nice of them thank you so much. We wanted to go to Joes Crabshack and to our surprise, there was a tire store in place of it. We settled for Champs. We then went a looked around Easton. Ross was such a good sport letting me go to what ever store I wanted. These are pictures from our date night.

The Greatest Generation
Today we got a phone call that no grandchild ever wants to receive, that is the telling of a passed grandparent. We knew that Ross' Grandpa Harvey was not doing well but we were holding on to the hopes that he would pull through. We were so sadden by this phone call, even though I only had the chance to meet grandpa Harvey at our wedding I could tell that he meant a lot to Ross. What Grandpa isn't? He was one of the nicest most genuine man I have ever met. I only wished that I could have got to see him more. He seemed to be your typical western man, wearing his cowboy hat and all. A couple years ago he wrote a memoir for his family to read about his childhood. You could tell by his upbringing he was a very humble man. He never mentioned but once that he was a WWII vet, I am sure he could have went on about that. The only thing he said about it was after he returned home from the war and he married his beautiful wife Eva. He definitely was a fine man and we are sadden by his lose and to the fact that little Ross and Annie never got the chance to met their GREAT Grandpa Harvey. He will be missed.
This is Ross and his Grandpa Harvey. It is one of my most favorite pictures.

Happy Fathers Day to Daddy.
Ten Reasons why Ross is a good Daddy:
1. He is always the calming force in the family.
2. He always has different ideas to make the little ones laugh and play.
3. He is a good provider.
4. Gives the children plenty of snuggle time.
5. Always willing to do things with Rossi even if he doesn't want to.
6. Sets a good example.
7. Gives the children equal attention.
8. Supports me especially when I am about to break.
9. Takes the time to teach Rossi new things.
10. His unconditional love for all of us.

Fun times at the Zoo
My Friend Amber came up from Dayton so we could go to the zoo, lets just say it was a zoo. It was a task with so many little ones with different needs. It was a fun and tiring day. Little Ross really had a great time with her older son Payton, as you can tell in the pictures. Annie pretty much slept the whole day. She woke up for the train ride and that was about it.

Annie's Check up
Can I just say she is such a big girl. Keep in mind she started out small a whole 5lbs 15 oz. She now weighs drum roll please 9lbs 11 oz. Go me!! That made me so happy. I also thought of Katie when they gave me that weight because that was the same size as Reid when he was born. I thought wow, Katie is one strong girl. I am very happy that she only weighed what she did. I am also thankful that her little bowels are in working order my docotor ordered an X-ray on her and she is okay. I am so happy for that.

My First outing with the two
So, I got to venture out with me and my gang while the husband slept. It started out well, I got what I needed and then decided to let little Ross play around the store. I know that sounds crazy but that beats the heat. During this time Annie decided she was hungry. So, picture this or maybe don't. I am sitting on a shelf in the bike area in Target nursing Annie while little Ross is trying on all the bike helmets and riding around on a little Radio Flyer Trikes. I was just waiting for someone to come and ask me to leave. I also thought I am probably being taped right now. Oh, well a mom has to do what a mom has to do. Plus, I will never nurse my kids on a toilet. I was covered. Anyway, the rest of the adventure went well we went to the pet store to look at "WAWas" (fish) and then headed to my favorite store the Dollar Tree. Did you know that you can get plastic containers there that are made in the USA. I love that!!! Anyway, I would have to say that the first trip out was a hit!!
